Payment Methods Accepted

Payment by VISA or MASTERCARD. All orders shipped within 48 business hours. Books shipped UPS/Priority Mail or Global Priority, upon request, or book rate otherwise. By ordering this book you agree that your credit card will be charged. We pride ourselves on delivering fine books in a timely manner. If you have any problems or have not received your book, please contact us immediately, before you dispute our charge with your credit card company/bank. Any Credit Card 'chargeback' upon resolution in our favor, and with no prior contact from you, will be subject to a US$30.00 processing fee charged against your Credit Card. 

For International Orders over $500.00 an International Money Order in USD will be required.  

Refunds

Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. We strive to accurately represent the books in our collection to assure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your book, please contact us within a week after receiving your book.

Shipping

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavier or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping charge is required. Many of our Art books are very heavy and oversized, and extra shipping charge is sometimes necessary, and when that is the case, we will E-mail you requesting your concurrence to the extra charges. Unless you respond to our e-mail within 24 hours of our transmission, to contest or challenge the extra shipping charge you will, in effect, agree to pay shipping charges.
