Kaufmann was a promising artist which promise was fulfilled in a brief life of 45 years before he died in a fire. What he produced was unique and valuable. In our store, we are particularly intrigued by his "Channel Reflections 1958" (Plate 227), now at the Fogg Art Gallery, Harvard. The book itself is in very good condition.
